You have to sit down and critically think about this. These people are not this advanced yet as far as remote neural mind control goes. But spirits can do all of these things because they don’t need gadgets or receptors or anything like that. They themselves are literally made of the energy and frequencies needed to tap into the brain and body.

The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.

The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
